RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1.Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including hangtags attached. Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned and As Is.
***Non-refundable merchandise include: sale items, white items, leggings, formal dresses, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories. All sale items are AS IS!
3.We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. Customer is solely responsible for shipping fees to send their order back! We do not provide return labels!
5. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
6. Our staff diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any return items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
7. If you purchase an items that is pre-ordered, please allow 14-20 business days for the item to be received by us and shipped to you. If items are not shipped within 20 business days you are eligible for a store credit.
8. Only 1 return per order allowed. Once you have received your store credit and purchase your desired items, be sure the sizing is correct. You will not be able to return those items.
9. **Once an order is placed we can not cancel the order for any reason.
**Please include original invoice/order confirmation. Please note... once your item(s) are returned and approved you will receive a gift card with your credit amount. You are to use said gift card to purchase your desired item(s).

RETURN PROCESS TIME
Once your return has been received and inspected by our returns department you will be issued an approval or rejection. Upon approval your store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your credit has processed.
IS LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
Yes, delivery is available. Allow at least 2 hours to be notified. Please Click Here for information on Local Delivery.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY LOCAL DELIVERY ORDER?
All local deliveries are received the same day if order is placed before 4pm. Please contact customer service if there’s is a need by time. No delivery on Sundays, and holidays. Please read Local Delivery for more information.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner if “Express Shipping”option is selected. In the case of “Express Shipping” your order will ship same day.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, stolen, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed refused packages.

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver our packages. As a gift to you we offer shipping at a flat rate.

Priority Shipping: $14.99
Express Shipping: $38.00

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
***Once your order has left our facility, the estimate time of arrival is:
1. USPS standard shipping (4-7 business days)
2. USPS priority shipping (2-3 business days)
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases) Express shipping address must be verified for approval.
USPS priority international mail (2-6 business days)
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a conformation email or text once your order has shipped which includes your tracking number. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package.
